Effect and Application

As a derivative of vitamin C, Ethyl Ascorbic Acid has a stable structure, overcomes the disadvantage of vitamin C discoloration, and has proper fat solubility. It is a lipophilic and hydrophilic amphoteric vitamin C derivative that can penetrate the stratum corneum of the skin. After exerting the anti-free radical and whitening effect of vitamin C, it also makes the formula more flexible. In addition, Ethyl Ascorbic Acid also exhibits extremely high stability relative to ordinary vitamin C.
